                                     followed by AUCTION of fresh produce, and 'Bring and Share' Lunch in the Wesley Centre

X-STREAM

X-STREAM (St Mary's Childrens  Group)

X-Stream meet on Sunday from 9.20am, in the Wesley Centre, in Schorne Lane, teaching young people about God and his love for all. They then come and join in with Communion towards the end of the St Mary’s service and share with everyone what they have been doing and learning.

October 6th Family Harvest Service in St Mary’s Church at 11.00am, followed by an auction of fresh produce and a “Bring and Share” Lunch in the Wesley Centre.

October 13th Meet in The Wesley Centre at 9.20am for worship, prayer, fun and learning.

October 20th Family Service in The Wesley Centre.

October 27th Half Term.

 

COFFEE MORNING  

 

Every Friday 10.00am - 12.00 noon in the Wesley Centre

You are welcome to join Petra for prayers on Thursday mornings at 10.00am in the Wesley Centre in September.

SAFARI SUPPER

Safari Supper

Thank you to all who participated in the Safari Supper in North Marston, on 14th September, to raise funds for the mission work of Maz and Tim Walker. The total raised was £370!

CONFIRMATION

Are you a young person or adult who would like to be confirmed? If so, please speak to Petra or Janet for more information and to register your interest.

 

WELCOME TEAM (A NEW INITIATIVE) 

Would you like to be part of this new team? Your role would involve coming to church a little earlier than usual to set up the communion table, meeting and greeting the members of the congregation as they arrive, and serving the communion wine. Training will be provided! It is anticipated that your turn would come round approximately once every three months.

If you are interested, or would like to know more, please speak to Aly Perrett.
